Causes of upper back / neck energy pain
Many people come to me with neck and back pain and a lot of it has to do with posture and normal habits that put stress on the body including ling periods on the computer.These asanas are for releasing stressed and tired muscles and for improving your self awareness and posture.
Hints
Always do them gently and breath into the posture.
Do it in a open space with fresh air if available.
You can hold the postures for any comfortable length.
Practice before eating a huge meal preferably in the morning early.
