An often neglected part of our healthy state is in the mind, ideas and consciousness.

How does energy get blocked and our body suffer
If we have negative experiences or an emotional bad time in a relationship with a parent or a person then we can shut down part of our self. This may take the form of closed body posture, digestive difficulty, insecurity, anxiety, conservative attitudes and never trying new things etc .

How to clear the way for mental emotional and physical health
  •  massage and breath awareness
  • yoga and chakra awareness, work on the posture and energy centres
  • hands on healing and breathing
  • Tai Chi and Yoga
  • Spiritual mantra sounds to balance the vibration of the subtle body/consciousness
  • Teaching the person to see the connection between the emotional block in the body and its    response and the conscious link.
  •  teaching Meditation awareness



Time Period
To clear the way to increased energy and vitality can take some time and gradual awareness.  To achieve solid results the process must be gradual, steady and firm. 
When energy blocks release from the body they can be quick or gradual. It is best not to set limits on the process but to just open to it. 
Healing is an ongoing issue as we are always in change and flux. Healthy resolution is an individual issue and we must look at each person singularly.  The limits we put on the healing process are often misguided.

 But once the mind is open to shedding the block of held pain or disturbance and open to love then the healing begins. It is a gentle process and a lasting one.

Notes
When in the postures breath naturally.
Pay attention to the stress areas in your muscles.
Let go the pain...breath.
Don't over stretch and create more tension.
Relax your mind.
Sit quietly and meditate for some time after the asanas or lay on your back and focus on your breath.
